PRELIMINARY
The YB7-DX Contest 2024 is organized by the YB7-DX Club based on the island of Borneo, Indonesia.
Purpose and objectives:
Improving skills among licensed Amateur Radio activists while building a family spirit, strengthening
brotherhood and upholding sportsmanship
Participants make as much contact as possible with Amateur Radio Indonesia and DX stations.
PARTICIPANT
Participants are Indonesian Amateur Radio activists who have a valid Amateur Radio License (IAR) and a DX
station.
TIME
Every second Sunday in September, Saturday 00.00 UTC to Sunday 23.59 UTC ( 48H )
Year 2021 – 11 to 12 September 2021
Year 2022 – 10 to 11 September 2022
Year 2023 – 09 to 10 September 2023
Year 2024 – 07 to 08 September 2024
Year 2025 – 13 to 14 September 2025

80 – 40 – 20 – 15 – 10 meter band (No WARC band).

SSB Phone, 59 + Serial Number starting with 001.

Extra Class – YB/YE High Power.
Extra Class – YB/YE Low Power.
Advanced Class – YC/YF High Power.
Advanced Class – YC/YF Low Power.
General Class – YD-YG Low Power.
Inside Area 7 – Extra Class Any Power
Inside Area 7 – Advanced Class Any Power
Inside Area 7 – General Class Low Power
DX Station – Any Power.
YL Station – Any Power.
Multi Operator (M/1) – Any Power
Only one transmitted signal is allowed at a time.
QRP – None.
POINTS
Contact between the stations in the same country are worth 3 points.
Contact between the stations on the same continent are worth 5 points.
Contact between the stations on different continents are worth 7 points.
MULTIPLIER
Contact between World Prefixes first 1 multiplier.
Contact between Countries the first time 1 Multiplier.
SCORE
The final score is the result of the number of contact points multiplied by the Total multiplier.

LOGSHEET
The committee only accepts logsheets in standard Cabrillo format that sent to the link at https://yb7-dxcontest.com/log-submit/
File name must use participant callsign.
The deadline for uploading the logsheet is 7 days after the contest
If the time limit is exceeded, the logsheet will be treated as a Checklog.
CERTIFICATE
Electronic certificates are available for all participants who submit logsheets on time and can be
downloaded at at https://yb7-dxcontest.com/result/
Checklog is not entitled for the certificate.

Plaques will be provided for the winners:

GENERAL RULES
Self Spotting is not allowed. Only one beam signal is allowed to work in one Frequency.
The committee may disqualify contest participants who violate the rules.
The committee’s decision is final and cannot be contested.
